SomaVeda is generally received fully clothed, Unlike many western forms of massage or body work. Proper attire consists of loose-fitting, comfortable clothes, preferably made of natural fibers like cotton. Think of clothing suitable for relaxing and stretching in a gentle Yoga like manner. Wearing a bra can be detrimental to energy flow. Men Should avoid heavy belts and buckles. Jewelry should be removed and placed in a safe place BEFORE SESSION BEGINS.
